Pour a little of this into a shot glass and then put it in your mouth and swish for 10 to 20 minutes. Spit out into the trash can, so the oil won't clog up your sink drain. Swish at least once a day as part of your oral healthcare routine. After 1 month, take a break and swish with plain coconut oil for 4 weeks.
