Restore power to your 2006-2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ/LMM by replacing the damaged cylinder head with the Fleece FPE-61-10003-D Freedom Series Driver Side Cylinder Head. This cylinder head is remanufactured in the state-of-the-art Freedom Racing Engine shop and comes with new valve springs, valve seals, valve guides and injector cups.
