ALC.13.9%/VOL SONOMA COUNTY-CALIFORNIA Winemaker Notes This  Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is an approachable, fruit-driven wine. It offers a welcomingly round mouthfeel with ripe notes of red fruit and cherry. Delicate hints of dark chocolate and oak spice on the finish add layers of elegance and freshness, offering a rich yet balanced expression of the varietal. After de-stemming, fermentation temperatures between 88°F and 92°F encouraged rich flavor development and a plush mouthfeel. To preserve fresh Cabernet fruit flavor, this wine was aged primarily in tank while a careful selection of French and American oak brought forth additional complexity. A touch of Petite Sirah contributed to this wine’s rich depth and round profile.
