Christophe - Felt Mouse with Spatula and Bowl

Meet Chef Christophe! He's a mouse with an impeccable palate. When he was a young and tiny mouse, Christophe worried his mother because he loved to taste all of the elements around him.  She'd find him nibbling the bark of trees, licking pebbles, or even chewing a bit of dirt, deep in contemplation. It seemed like every spoon handle and book corner in their home would eventually end up in his mouth. After she caught him eating an ant ("bright and acidic!"), his mother encouraged him to spend his evenings at the Clove House. There, he tasted hundreds of spices, taking notes on them all. Now, Christophe delights in creating a full sensory experience for his diners. He combines flavors and textures in unexpected ways to bring surprise after surprise to the table.
