Dual rings on the base of the piece support the seed log, and a lower ring creates perching area for many birds. A metal rod extends upward from the center of the circles, designed to go through the premade hole in the center of each seed log and hold it in place. A 9.875" diameter roof threads onto the top of this stem, protecting seed from the elements. Use the metal hanger at the apex of the roof to place this feeder on a bracket in moments. For even more bird watching options, pole mount this feeder onto a 1" outer diameter pole with its bottom port and thumbscrew. The green color blends with your surroundings, and the powder coated finish ensures a long life for the feeder.
