  Due to quality control and customer service related issues we only service the following brands: Rad bikes, Ride1up, Aventon, Priority and all major brands such as: Specialized, Trek, Giant, etc. Cargo bikes, family bikes, tandems or any long bike we are unfortunately not able to service due to space limitations. If you are not sure whether we can assemble your bike please call the shop at 617-627-9801 Tune ups must be scheduled If you have a new bike and it has not been assembled when it was new by a shop or a professional mechanic, please choose bike assembly instead - thank you!   Typical turnaround time is 3 days from drop off. (Standard Tune is 7 days) What does it include?
