Leiper's Fork Bourbon - Private Select Barrel # 452 Pot distilled at Leiper’s Fork in Franklin, Tennessee, this 110.1 proof bourbon has been aged for 5 years and has a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% wheat, and 15% malted barley. Rich toffee and orchard fruit are found on the nose along with milk chocolate and a sprinkling of baking spices. The chocolate is even more pronounced on the palate, and it’s accompanied by caramel covered raisins and dates. Cinnamon adds a spicy tingle.
