Pronounced: MOE-lay  Olé is a traditional cheer in Mexico.  Molé is a sauce or marinade traditionally used in Mexican cuisine.  We've transformed what is normally a wet sauce into a delicious dry rub.  It packs beautiful flavor and saves you precious prep time.
