
Prong Collar Backup Leash - REMOVABLE TAB
This leash is similar to our Prong Collar Backup Leash, except the tab is not fixed into place and is completely removable. Prong collars are known for coming apart at the worst time (i.e. when a dog is lunging). They're safest when used with a backup collar, which most people connect to the prong with a carabiner. As someone who used this method for my prong collar backups, it can be a bit irritating to connect the collars with a carabiner. That irritation was my reason for making this leash. Having an additional snap connected to the leash makes connecting the collars much faster and easier! You have the option of a flat tab, or a traffic loop. Both are about 13" in length and removable.
