Produced by aging Bran for 10 months in Barbera barriques from Bigolla Walter Massa. Jet black, opaque with a cappuccino colored head. Roasted notes and notes derived from oak aging (reminiscent of balsamic vinegar) coexist. Toasty, cocoa, soy sauce, and secondly acidic flavors.
