Alumilite Clear Resin - Two (2) 16 Ounce Bottles of Alumilite Clear Alumilite Clear  was formulated with a 7 minute working time.  Demold time typically ranges from 40 to 50 minutes depending on the mold temperature and the mass of the material being cast. Turned pen blanks can be easily polished to a high gloss using the PFK-1 Acrylic Sanding Pads. Pressure casting is recommended to achieve 100% bubble free castings. For additional information see instructions. Alumilite Clear must be mixed 1:1 by weight using a gram scale! Mix one part of "A" and one equal part of "B" weighed by Grams! NOTE: B side may thicken and need to be warmed before use. Due to US Postal Service shipping restrictions, the casting kit must be shipped ground UPS.
