SKZOO Heated Plushies

Please zip your plushie with care! In order to enjoy your heated plushie for a long time it’s important to treat the zipper with care. Only zip the plushie once the heated pouch is fully inserted and there is plenty of room for the zipper to close comfortably. Zippers aren’t meant to pull the fabric together, their only job should be to zip closed. Trying to force the zipper can cause tearing in the zipper fabric which will make the zipper unusable. We are checking every zipper before we send it out to make sure it meets our quality standards. We are not responsible for zippers that rip because of improper care. Heat the pouch for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
