I don't make many of these as I wait for the perfect vine and this one is one of my favs! Made from a retired Silver Oak Cabernet vine planted in 1948, this amazing vine made wine for decades before being retired to my shop to take on new life as art. Dried for 8 years then kiln fired over a week to harden and kill off any bugs, she has incredible character and movement in the trunk. My cell pictures don't do her any justice. The retired Cabernet grapevines are kiln dried before being sanded and sealed with 3 coats of clear UV sealer. Each one is a unique work of art and perfect for kitchens, dining rooms, and wine cellars. No one else is making these amazing works of art.
