  Learn to Knit  Instructor: Andrea H (6) 4 Sessions $60 class fee plus supplies. Thursdays 6:00-8:00 pm Aug 22, 29, Sept 12, 19 Want to learn to knit or know someone who does??? Let Miss Andrea show you how in this four session class: you will learn how to cast on, work the knit stitch & the purl stitch, cast off, knit in the round, work decreases & weave in ends. The first two weeks will focus on knitting back and forth to complete a cowl or scarf (the choice is yours), the last two classes will focus on completing a hat. Come to the shop to see our samples of our learn to knit projects and check out the yarn options. Haven’t knit for awhile? It’s a great refresher class too. What You'll need: 2 or 3 skeins of Malabrigo Rios: 2 skeins to make the cowl and the hat, 3 skeins if you choose the scarf and the hat.
