These transfers will come ready to press on any cotton or poly blend fabric. Cotton Garments: Press for 8 seconds at 320 degrees. wait for 1 minute after before peeling film off this is a COLD PEEL.  Do a second press with parchment paper or Teflon sheet for 3 seconds After.
