Use in a dye bath by grinding the seeds or using whole to achieve a lovely orange.We use in bundle dyeing to leave a little dot of saturated orange. The orange can deepen with bit of iron in dye baths. Don't use too much though! Seeds of the evergreen Bixa orellana shrub, typically used as a spice or food coloring. Chedder cheese has it!
