Slither - Original Art - Inktober 2021 - Day 30 - pen and ink

Inktober 2021 - Day 30 - slither (Inspired by the style of raven from day 5 - I want to do a whole series of animals like this!) - garter snakes in western WA are basically the only snakes we have. They come in a variety of colors, but most are pretty stripe-y. My relationship to snakes has totally changed since moving out here. We have no venomous snakes! I don't even know how that is possible, but it's amazing and every time I see a snake now, my nervous system is just fine.
