The Rear Wheel Axle Bearing Puller & Tone Ring Tool/Installer helping to remove and install all of the bearings, retainers and ABS tone rings. All you need is a Press to get the Job done. NOTE: It can also be modified to fit your Model Instructions for Toyota ABS tone Ring Puller Tools needed: 17mm wrench, Hammer - preferably brass Step 1: With stand axle assembly upright, remove ONE backing plate stud as follows:- a. Place a nut on the stud and thread it down just barely past flush with the end of the stud. b. Using a brass faced hammer/brass punch/ book of hardwood, drive the stud out. Step 2: When the stud is removed, slide he crows-foot plate in place under the ABS reluctor( tone ring) NOTE: The crows-foot plate should be at 45 degrees relative to the bearing housing, this will allow it to clear the remaining 3 studs. Step 3: Place your puller onto the 4 stud sand install the thick washers and nuts. Proceed to pull off the ring using your puller and press. HINT: To pull t
