This cuvée is made entirely from Menu Pineau, an obscure local grape. The organically-farmed grapes are treated like red grapes with destemming and maceration of the skins for about three weeks, accompanied by daily punchdowns. A beautiful pale orange wine with lovely tannic structure, bright acidity, and long, mineral finish.
