Anji Bai Cha, also known as Anji White Tea in English, is actually a green tea but referred to as white tea because the leaves are virtually unprocessed like those of white teas. Produced in the Hunan Province of China, it is made of one bud and one leaf. Anji Baicha is bright and has a brisk flavor. It has a high concentration of amino acids. Ingredients: Green Tea Tasting Notes: Bright liquor, brisk yet silky infusion Brewing Tips: Use 1 tsp. of tea per every 6 oz. of boiling water (170 degrees). Steep for 1-2 minutes.
