It is recommended for women to order a size down for a more true to size fit or stick to the size you normally wear in women's for a more relaxed, loose fit. For men, these are true to size. However, it is recommended to order a size up if you are in between sizes. Tiny humans come in all shapes and sizes so it is our recommendation you go by the weight and height in the size chart when ordering.
