Winged: New Writing on Bees
Winged: New Writing on Beesis a modern literary anthology that collects essays, poetry, and fiction speaking to this moment in time, as honeybees reach an apex of peril. In this collection, 36 new and established writers explore the timeless but uncertain relationship between humans and honeybees. Winged is a considered artistic response to the increasing fragility of our food supply, the astounding pollinators we depend upon, and the inspiration they have provided to artists and writers for thousands of years. All proceeds from the sale of Winged are donated to pollinator conservation efforts: The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Protection, Bees for Development, and Spikenard Farm Honey Bee Sanctuary.
