The bracelets are made with elastic, not static cord. So they have stretch to them. If you are not sure of your size, measure your wrist. If you do not have seamstress measuring tape, grab a ribbon or string to measure around your wrist. Then, measure the ribbon or string straight with a regular measuring tape.
