
Dandelion Detox
Ingredients:Organic Dandelion Root, Dandelion Leaf, Nettle, Burdock Root, Ginger, Peppermint, Orange Peel, Fennel Seed, and Stevia Leaf. Brewing Instructions:Pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 heaping tablespoon of tea (adjust to taste) and steep for 10–15 minutes. Tea steepers and disposable tea bags are available in my shop for your convenience. This nourishing blend features a combination of herbs and roots traditionally used to support gentle detoxification of the liver and kidneys. For detox benefits, enjoy 2–3 cups daily for two weeks, followed by a one-week break. You can repeat this cycle as often as you’d like.
