If you need your item sooner, we offer two ways to rush your item at an additional charge. We also offer a rush production on your item (depending on how fast your need your item will determine the upgrade price) and we offer a shipping rush which will upgrade your shipping from first class or priority to a faster service. ABOUT OUR WOOD MATERIALS Please keep in mind that each batch of wood will have slightly different hues and due to the fact that each item is custom made to order no two pieces will look the same or are created the same. In addition depending on what screen you are using to browse our products tones may be slightly different as well. Please also note that wood naturally has defects. Not every board is the same. There may be knots, wood grain, cracks, missing chunks, and natural imperfections in your wood as this is a natural element. There will be different shades and darkness of each individual piece. We do our best to try to get them as similar as possible however it is impossible to make any two pieces exact.
