The Joist Hold Down will anchor the joist to a beam. It provides a stable foundation that will prevent your joist from rocking or lifting off of your beam. It comes with a 5/8" by 5" lag and can be attached to your joists via 5/8" thru bolts. Thru bolt length varies depending on joist width.
