These are screen print transfers, not a shirt. These transfers need to be applied using a heat press. They should be applied at 375 degrees for 7 seconds using heavy pressure and hot peel. 375 is the manufacturer's recommendation, however each individual will have to find what works for them. I have a fusion press and 350 heavy pressure for 10 seconds is perfect.
