PINNACLE Battle Miles "PINNACLE" is 10 miles of running with 100 box step-ups every mile while wearing a weighted vest. A total of 1,000 weighted box step-ups to simulate a mountain ultra! LIMITED RUN - THIS RACE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NOVEMBER! CHALLENGE INSTRUCTIONS: COMPETITION STANDARD Every mile for 10 miles, stop and perform: 100 Box Step-Ups (20 in box) every mile Wear weigh vest or backpack (20/14 lbs)  Use a 20 inch Box and wear a weight vest or back pack that weighs 20/14 lb for men/women. You may substitute the box for a bench or rock approximately 20 inch in height.  SUBMIT RESULTS TO OUR LEADERBOARDS  FINISHER MEDAL & PATCH Desolation comes with a 2.5" unique dogtag finisher medal and finisher patch.
