These are unwrapped Panasonic cells, they are testing above new grade and we are guaranteeing them at 95% capacity! PLEASE READ! Due to the close proximity of the positive (button) terminal and the rest of the battery acting as a negative terminal we strongly recommend that the cells be wrapped and an insulator ring be added before they are put in a charger. If used incorrectly they will short. Last image shows the Positive (red) and Negative (blue) sections of the battery.
