These are A123 Systems LiFePo4 flat packs. They are in great physical condition however our supplier did not have any relevant info on their previous use so we do not a have record of if they were used and if so how many cycles they may have been used for. We also haven't been able to find any manufacture spec sheets for this cell so the specs are based off of in-house testing.  Some packs may be unbranded but from the same lot.
