Mixed 2.6Ah 18650 Cells in Grey Modem Packs

There are two types of 18650 cells in these units.  LGDBB31865 (ICR18650B3) and LGABB41865 (ICR18650B4). Both models are  3.60V - 2600 mAh cells.   Everything we have opened and tested so far has been the LGABB41865 cells most are the gray wrap(some pink), as usual it is entirely possible there are a few other 18650 models mixed in. We are meter testing packs to remove DOA packs, everything in this shipped should be sitting at 1/2 nominal voltage or higher. These cells have our 80/80 guarantee: "Specifically we guarantee that at least 80% of the cells will have at least 80% of their rated capacity.
