Paint Rack, Ovenproof to 525° F, 6-ft Base, 6-ft Uprights, 2 Hang Rails

With a 850 Lb load capacity and heat resistance up to 525° F, the nestable Z Base Batch Rack provides a single solution for hanging, staging and finishing parts in a batch finishing operation. It saves valuable labor time by moving from shop floor, to spray booth to bake oven without removing hanging parts.  The rack comes with 2 slotted hang rails with hook holders that allow you to use any type of hook configuration and helps to prevent parts from moving during transport. The hook holder has with 1/4" slot openings. Easy knockdown design translates to convenient cleaning and lower delivery costs. The assembled size of this rack is 75"Lx23"Wx78"H. Construction is 12-gauge steel with black powder coat finish on the base. The base is 1-1/2" square tubing and the uprights and hang bar are 1-5/16", 16 gauge, zinc plated round tubing.Standard heat resistant wheels are 4" x 1-1/2" threaded stem caster. They are made with Reinforced Thermoplastic Wheel Material and the wheel durometer is 65D
