IN THE CUP: Bittersweet Chocolate, Hazelnut, Creamy ROAST: Dark PROCESS: Natural COUNTRY: Brazil FARM: Fazenda California, Fazenda Santa Maria VARIETAL: Mundo Novo – Arabica ELEVATION: 800-1100 meters OPTIMAL BREW METHODS: Drip, Espresso, Moka Pot, AeroPress Origin This naturally processed Brazil comes from the regions of São Paolo & Paraná. Grown by Neto Ribeiro, Marcelo Valdevino, Luiz Saldanha at the Fazenda California and Fazenda Santa Maria farms. A blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo, the beans are naturally processed to develop the complex flavor and sun dried on patios before import. We love this bean as a component in our Piccino espresso blend and our Counterpoint blend, but it delivers impressively as a standalone roast. This versatile bean tastes excellent as a moka pot, cold brew, and shines as an easy AeroPress brew. W
