All CNC machine from T6061 aluminum makes it lite weight Powder coated Black with stainless steel hardware and an anodized tube. Tube clamps to the 360 shaft. No other brackets needed.  Mount clamps to the motor housing above the deck of your boat. Tube slides through a bushing for ease of movement. Very solid mount. Made In The USA. Also fits original 360 and both Fortrex and Ultrex model 360. WILL NOT WORK ON ULTERRA MODEL trolling motor. No option for a 45″ shaft trolling motor
