This Simple|BASE Airfield Base is a cost-effective solution for showcasing scale model aircraft. Its design is modeled after US Navy metal-decked aircraft carriers, primarily CVNs. All the typical visual details of the flight deck are represented with textured anti-slip coating, weld seams and pad-eyes used to chain down aircraft, all of which add authenticity to your model's display.Each base is made from quality MDF to resist warping and comes with a mask set to help make painting the pad-eyes simple and easy.
