These paper prefilters are designed as single use, however they can be rinsed with hot water and can be used a few times. Using prefilters will increase the amount of syrup filtered through the cone synthetic or wool filter before it clogs with sediment. A prefilter is not intended to filter syrup on its own. Sold 12 in a package.
