16"x16" Gas Canner Complete w/Stand and ShelfPerfect filtering and canning unit for the smaller producer. Comes with a stand that has an adjustable shelf, 65,000 BTU burner, stainless welded pan, filter rack, and cover. Also includes a 3/4" valve. The pan holds approximately 8 gallons. There is a 1/2" fitting for a thermometer, but our thermometers have a 1/4" thread so you may need a reducing bushing too.
