Ver Sacrum Garnacha

This wine is 100% hand harvested Grenache Noir from a single vineyard in the Los Chacayes IG within the Uco Valley. The nose is vibrant showing red cherry, raspberry, sage, thyme, and black pepper that leads into a light mid palate with hints of cinammon, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of lemon balm. Bright finish with lingering red fruit. Size: 750mL ABV 13.5% Suggested food pairings: Cured Meat, Red Meat Suggested cheese pairings: Asiago, Cheddar, Gouda, Manchego, Parmesan, Pecorino
