Domaine Huet Vouvray Petillant

Huët Vouvray Pétillant is a superb sparkling wine from Chenin Blanc, drawing grapes from all three vineyards (Le Haut-Lieu, Le Mont, and Clos du Bourg), as well as from other small parcels on the estate. Produced in the méthode traditionnelle, the second fermentation in bottle is started by adding a liqueur de tirage comprised of yeast and sugar at bottling. It possesses a fine nose with a lovely presence of minerals and honeycomb; pure and polished with great acidity and delicate bubbles.
