Our Two Person Beef Bundle is a 30 pound variety of our All-Natural, 30 Day Dry Aged, Prime to High Choice Grade, Grass Fed, Sorghum Grain finished retail cuts. ~ 6 Lbs. – Mid-Range Steaks Sirloin Steak, Sirloin Tip Steak, Sirloin Club Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Chuck Steak, Chicken Fry Steak, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Hanger Steak ~ 4 Lbs. – High-Range Steaks Filet Mignon, Cowboy Cut Ribeye Steak, KC Strip Steak, Porterhouse Steak, T-Bone Steak, Tomahawk Steak ~ 10 Lbs. – Roast/Braise Cuts Roast, Tri-Tip, Shank/Oxtail, Back Ribs, Short Ribs, Stew Meat, Brisket ~ 10 Lbs. – Premium 80/20 Ground Beef- 90 plus servings @ 1/3 lb. per serving- Beef cuts vary in weight therefore, all weights are approximations and we do our best to get as close to the bundle weight as possible.- All orders are subject to availability and substitution.- In the event that cuts are not in stock, we reserve the right to substitute with similar cuts of similar value and similar weights.
