Hand dyed in small batches, each skein is unique. This wool thread is warm red with a hint of brown like a weathered barn. Soft and wonderful to work with this thread is made of 100% Australian Merino Virgin Wool of the highest quality. I love it for wool applique but you can also use it for fine lace, crewel and crochet. Size 15, 20 yards. Use a crewel or wool applique needle with this thread.
