Then comes the citrus flavors and ends with tannins that resemble a good glass of red wine. In a partnership with riverside dwellers, Luisa conducted her first fermentation at this origin. The communities that live on the banks of the Tocantins River, a well-defined river located in the Lower Amazon Basin, survive on the extraction of açaí?, cocoa and fishing.
