Get a classic bluegrass tone that really cuts!  The Deering Golden Era banjo is the curly maple version of Deering's take on prewar Gibson Mastertone style banjos.   The Deering Golden Era 5-string banjo has a select flame maple neck & resonator with Cremona sunburst finish, white binding, 20-hole bell bronze tone ring, one-piece cast zinc flange, double cut peghead, Deering True Tone tailpiece, bound ebony fretboard with hearts & flowers inlay pattern, ebony peghead overlay inlaid with pearl, planetary tuners, nickel hardware. Styled after banjos of the pre-war "Golden Era" with a fuller neck & deeper resonator than other Deerings. Resonator walls taper for better sound projection.
