This is very close to my 2nd best-seller and is awash with truffle and garlic. As many of you know, truffle extract is very expensive, mostly because of its explosive and amazing flavor. At $180 a gallon for the extract, I am not chincy with it and it shows. This recipe is used for pasta, meat dishes, vegetable saute, and rice dishes. I personally add it to a three-mushroom saute and then add the dressing right at the end for a ten-mushroom sauce that I put over chops, steaks, and chicken breasts.
