Cooking Tips: You can fry, broil and bake this tenderloin for a low-fat, all white meat treat, or slice it thin to make breaded and fried turkey cutlets. Our pastured turkeys have much more moisture and flavor than conventional birds because they spend their days out on the pasture. They also cook much more quickly, so take care not to overcook this cut.
