Happy Birthday Cake topper When inserting it into the cake, first make a barrier between the cake and the topper pick. Cut the straw to aprox. ¼ depth as your cake. Then insert the topper pick into the straw, insert into the cake and cover the straw with the icing of your preference. We ship our topper protected with plastic wrap and cartoon. Please remove plastic wrapping with caution small parts may break. Measurements do not include the stick that goes into the cake.
