Vogue American Design pattern circa 1989 Petite Top & Skirt. Semi-fitted, lined top has side front and side back seams, partially elasticized upper edge, capelet, bows with pleated knot and shaped hemline. Slightly tapered skirt, below mid-knee or evening length, has waistband, front pleats, side pockets and back zipper. B: hemline slit.  Size: 12Bust: 34" Waist: 25"Hips: 36" Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Was cut to size 12 line. Comes with instructions. Envelope: Poor condition with rips and minor discoloration. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
