Butterick pattern - circa 1990 Leslie Fay - Misses’ Top & Skirt. Loose-fitting, wrap top has bias, contrast binding, shoulder pads, front pleats, attached tie ends and above elbow sleeves with pleated cap and tuck at lower edge. Semi-fitted, slightly tapered skirt, below mid-knee or flared skirt, lower calf, has waistband and back zipper. A) back hemline slit.es and back zipper. Single-layer scarf (wrong side shows) has narrow hem. Bust: 30.5-32.5" Waist: 23-25" Hips: 32.5-34"   Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with paper instructions.
