  Simplicity pattern circa 1973 Caftan in Two Lengths and Pants. The pants V. 1 have elastic in waistline casing and back zipper. The short caftan V. 1 or long caftan V. 2 with front slit at high round neckline has tucks below front insets, side front and back seams and long set-in kimono-type sleeves. V. 1 caftan is trimmed with rick-rack or zig-zag stitching. Size: 12 Bust: 34" Waist: 26.5" Hips: 36"  Pattern: Complete. Printed pattern. Pieces cut with pinking shears along cut line to longest length. Comes with paper instructions. Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, weak edges and small tears.
