Vogue pattern - circa 1960's Two-Piece Dress and Jacket. Hip length jacket-blouse buttons below high round neck-line with or without band collar extended for looped ends. Below elbow length sleeves, wide shorter length joined to deep armholes and sleeveless. Slim skirt. Size: 12 Bust: 34" Waist: 26" Hips: 36" Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Skirt front has a 1/2" tear along bottom corner. Comes with instructions. Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, discoloration, and weak edges. Comes in baggie for storage.
